These Terms of Service govern your use of Overknight, provided by GameWaveStudios. By downloading, installing, or playing Overknight, you agree to these terms.

Publisher Preview Status

Overknight is in active development as a Publisher Preview build. Features, systems and content are subject to change without notice, and save data or progress may reset between updates.

License to Use

GameWaveStudios grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and play Overknight for your own entertainment. You may not redistribute, resell, or claim ownership of the game or its assets.

Acceptable Use

When playing Overknight, including any multiplayer modes, you agree not to cheat, exploit bugs to gain unfair advantage, harass other players, or attempt to disrupt the game's servers or other players' sessions. GameWaveStudios reserves the right to restrict access for accounts or devices that violate these rules.

In-Game Purchases and Currency

Overknight may include in-game currency (such as OverCredits) and optional purchases. These have no real-world monetary value outside the game and are non-refundable except where required by law.

Overknight is provided "as is" during active development. GameWaveStudios makes no guarantee that the game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.
